How Pioneer began

What shaped the company Greg built?

Pioneer grew from years spent learning the trade, a decision to build something local, and a belief that customers deserve to understand the work happening in their homes and businesses.

15

Years learning the trade

Before opening Pioneer, Greg spent 15 years working for a St. Louis Master Plumber. That experience shaped a practical approach to diagnosis, repair, installation, and customer education.

2018

A company of his own

When the owner of Greg’s former employer sold the business, Greg chose to start Pioneer Plumbing Restoration and build the kind of plumbing company he believed customers deserved.

Local

Rooted near Edwardsville

Greg and his family moved to their forever home in the Edwardsville area. Pioneer stays connected to the communities it serves through local schools, churches, and everyday relationships.
